These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the InflaScore iOS application and related website (collectively, "the App", "the Service"). By downloading, installing, or using InflaScore, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using InflaScore, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

InflaScore is a wellness and lifestyle tracking application for iOS that helps you:

• Log daily lifestyle data across six dimensions: diet, sleep, movement, stress, supplements, and hydration.
• Calculate an anti-inflammatory lifestyle score based on your logged data.
• View daily summaries and trend charts over time.

The App operates entirely on your device. We do not provide cloud storage, user accounts, or server-side data processing.

3. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Specifically:

• The anti-inflammatory lifestyle score is a behavioral indicator based on your self-reported lifestyle data. It does not measure actual inflammation levels in your body.
• The App does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical assessments.
• Information provided by the App should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition or before making changes to your diet, exercise, or health regimen.
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or tracked within the App.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use InflaScore. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

5. Your Responsibilities

As a user of InflaScore, you are responsible for:

• The accuracy and completeness of the data you enter into the App.
• Decisions you make based on the information displayed by the App.
• Maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it.
• Consulting a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns or before making health-related decisions.
• Ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

The InflaScore application, including its name, design, user interface, graphics, algorithms, text, and all related materials, is the intellectual property of the App's creator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App's name, branding, or design for any commercial purpose without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the App.
• Use the App to provide medical advice or clinical services to others.
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the App or its data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

InflaScore is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable.
• The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
• Any defects in the App will be corrected.

We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InflaScore and its creator shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Any loss of profits, data, health outcomes, or other intangible losses.
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
• Any damages arising from any decision made or action taken based on the App's content or scores.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Since all data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the App will permanently delete your data.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may provide additional notice within the App. Your continued use of InflaScore after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App's creator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
